Local Heros Spotlight

What you'll quickly learn about Right To Play as you get involved and consider being "a part of it" is that it is contagious. The experience of the Right To Play organization, volunteers and ambassadors is that there are local heros in every community and by inspiring and bringing awareness to imporant issues, the passion to make a difference takes on a life of its own.

As Surrey's 2010 Challenge for Children takes hold in the community, local heros will be showcased in our "Local Heros Spotlight" on these web pages as we learn exciting stories about community involvement.

Meet Cam and Zac, Panorama Ridge Secondary School
“People are happy when they play...and I love that I can help kids in Africa play” says Cam, a grade 10 student at Panorama High School. Cam and his friend Zac have both volunteered to sell Right To Play red balls and t-shirts at their school and to their families and friends to support Right To Play. So far, these enthusiastic students have sold hundreds of red balls and they plan to continue their efforts into Games-time."
